Whether you’re looking to build job skills, you’re ready to start working, or you want a clear path to employment, Yooralla is here to support you to take the first step into your future, through job skills training and employment pathways.

Working with you and your support network, we will develop a plan that aims to build your job skills and capacity to gain meaningful work that suits your interests and needs - empowering you to land a job that's right for you.

Customised Employment

Our Customised Employment program is designed to help you find open employment opportunities that match your skills, interests and abilities. Your journey is unique, and we will support you every step of the way.

Foundation program

This one-year program for 16-22 year olds with intellectual disability focuses on building self-awareness, vocational choices and independence – providing foundational skills for people who want to transition into the Impact Program or pursue other life goals.

Impact program

Yooralla's Impact program is for people with intellectual disability who are ready to dive into hands-on work experience and classroom job skills training – your pathway to landing a role with our employer partners.

Social Enterprises

Choose this pathway if you want to learn new skills, earn an award wage and work in a fun, supportive outdoor environment.

Supported Employment

Choose this if you’re looking for a safe place to learn, grow and prepare for future job opportunities in your local community. Supported Employment through our Business Enterprises is a great starting point to build your job skills and gain valuable work experience.

Community Hubs and Supports

Choose a personalised Community Hubs program if you’re looking to combine job skill-building and personal development with community and social connection. We have Community and Learning Hubs across Victoria.

Support for school leavers
