As part of our Neurological Support Services (NSS), these homes cater to people with high-support needs due to progressive neurological conditions such as Huntington’s Disease and Multiple Sclerosis.
The current residents come together for social activities, a morning coffee and enjoy a quiet environment at home. The ideal new resident would be aged 28-65 years and enjoy being part of a supportive, friendly environment. Group activities are facilitated by the activities coordinator and residents are supported to go on outings including football matches. The homes have an active night model of support with 24-hour nursing care.
You must be 18+ years old and also have approved SDA funding for the home and onsite nurse in your NDIS plan to be eligible for this vacancy. The applicant will need to be able to pay rent and utilities. The applicant or their important person will need to establish a Tenancy Agreement.
