How to get started
Step 1 - Find a Hub
Browse our list of Hubs on our Find a Community Hub page and locate a Hub you are interested in attending. Each page has information about the types of supports and focus areas for each location. We can work with you to tailor a program to your individual goals, needs and interests to enhance your life skills, independence and wellbeing.
Step 2 – Book in a visit
The best way to know whether a Community or Learning Hub is a good fit for you is to pay us a visit! Once you’ve found a Community Hub near you, you can book in a free tour and chat to us to meet our staff and clients, see what activities are on offer, ask about anything else you may want to do, and to get familiar with the location.
Step 3 - Request a service
Like what you see and you’re ready to join a Community Hub? You can submit a booking request online and we will get in touch with you soon, or you can call us on 1800 966 725 to lock in your spot at your chosen Community or Learning Hub and discuss what’s next!
