About the role
As a physiotherapist at Yooralla, you will provide best practice, evidence-informed physiotherapy services to support adults and/or children with disability to achieve their goals and live the life they choose.
You will:
- Assess body structure, posture, movement, and fitness.
- Develop and apply age-appropriate interventions to support positioning and functional mobility, development of motor skills and abilities, and health and wellbeing.
- Create and implement physiotherapy exercise programs, both land-based and aquatic.
- Assess and prescribe assistive technology for positioning and mobility.
- Provide services for safe manual handling, including assistive technology and training.
- Manage falls prevention.
- Support access to education, employment, and community activities to boost social participation and health.

What you will bring to the role
- Minimum of two years of experience as a Physiotherapist within Community or Clinical settings
- International Police Check (if required).
- Working with Children Check.
- NDIS Worker Screening Check.
- Current Australian driver's license (travel is an expectation of the position).
- AHPRA Registration (Physiotherapist).
- Tertiary qualification in relevant discipline (mandatory).
- Postgraduate qualification in relevant discipline (desirable).
