Redress Scheme
Our redress policy serves as a cornerstone of our organisational culture, values and principles which reflect our commitment to zero tolerance to any form of abuse or serious harm.
At Yooralla, we are dedicated to fostering an environment of trust, accountability, and fairness for all our stakeholders.
We understand that, from time to time, wrongful acts of serious harm or abuse may arise within our organisation. We believe that addressing these matters effectively is vital to maintaining a safe environment where every individual's rights are upheld. We also believe that where wrong is done, we are responsible for identifying, responding and acknowledging these wrongs in a manner that is appropriate, meaningful, and fair.
Under our redress scheme, where an act is determined to have occurred, survivors can access a payment for support services, a monetary payment and a direct personal response.
Our redress policy, 'Justice and Healing: Redress for Survivors of Abuse', serves as a cornerstone of our organisational culture, values and principles which reflect our commitment to zero tolerance to any form of abuse or serious harm. Our policy also provides a structured framework ensuring that all reported acts of abuse or serious harm are handled compassionately, consistently and in accordance with our established procedures.
